Tell me what you think, i has come to my realization that most of the time we focus so much on the problem we are facing day in day out, that we sink into it, until it’s too late. In the process, we were surely hoping to find an opportunity of survival but at that point if we are true to ourself, we will realize that there was one but we never directed ourself to it because sinking was easier than trying to keep hoping or either to do something. The attraction to the negative in every context weird as it sound seems to be the most alluring.

Let’s change the equation game, let’s decide this time not only to think better but also to do better; therefore everything start with your thoughts. You can try your best to change your life, habits etc but if first of all there is no transformation in your mind, you will move in circle that is to say, you will always come back to the same place over and over.

The power of the mind is so strong, it’s something we shouldn’t play with and we should definitely put more focus and attention on it. Lemme tell you in simple words how it work: environmental interaction-thoughts- emotions- actions.
I started with environmental interaction: it is everything you are surrounded by, people or things, everything you listen to, watch, smell, in other words  anything that can activate your five sens organs. Then it acts like an catalyst that will stimulate your mind to produce a certain kind of  thoughts depending on your background, the state of your soul etc. I let you guess the end with your emotions and actions. And one of the most powerful ways we will talk about today,  to control your mind is in abiding frequently in the presence of God. It can be  by praying, meditating, listening to deep worship or even worshipping. In the presence of God there is a change, the Holy Spirit cannot come to you and leave you the same, Romans 12v2:《Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.》 But remember it’s always about process. Make the decision today to put your trust in God again and to have faith that you will see the fruit.

I want to put more focus into meditation; personally I am guilty i am not someone who has been consistent into reading and meditating the word of God, complete opposite. But it’s something I have made the decision to change and I am seeing the fruit, the word of God is not just a message written in a book,  it is living word, it speak, transform, renew. The Holy Spirit is the initiator of the Word , He will reveal you, just ask Him : »  Holy Spirit please teach me your Word  » and dispose yourself to receive. This is something I have been taught and that I am trying to apply in my daily life. So I can assure you I am not talking as someone who « has made it  » but as someone who is still growing and want others to do the same.

God is willing to help you, to get you out of this situation you’re going through, he’s just asking you to trust Him, to give Him one more chance, one last chance.
