1 Samuel 17v38- 39:《Then Saul dressed David in his own tunic. He put a coat of armor on him and a bronze helmet on his head. 39 David fastened on his sword over the tunic and tried walking around, because he was not used to them.“I cannot go in these,” he said to Saul, “because I am not used to them.” So he took them off.》

The world will want to equip you, they will tell you what they think you will need to win,  and succeed in your life, but you, refuse those things and go with the spirit of the Lord; Just go with your staff, sling and five stones . It is enough. For the Lord will fight the battle for you. He knows what you need, and He will help you through with what you have. He didn’t give you that ability for no reason.

Don’t try and conform yourself with others. You are “unique”, made with a specific purpose, and with a specific . Saul’s armor won’t fit you, and will never fit you remember. Because your mentor or anyone you admire has used something to be where He is  doesn’t necessarily means you will have to follow the same pattern. We run the same race but everyone has his own line and speed.

Let me even add this when Elisha was asked for what he wants, he didn’t say I want your spirit, he said double portion; in others words he wanted more, a different level.

Always look for your particularity, don’t try and be  used to someone else outfits, take them off.
