Consistency is the Key.

Tired of being tired? Tired of making the wrong decisions over and over again? Tired of wondering why you can’t do what’s best for you? It happens to me a lot.
Sometimes I do what I know for sure doesn’t suit me, but I can’t stop. Then I start blaming myself : »but why can’t you take the good decisions for your life, why you are so lazy etc etc « , at the same time a voice also tells me you can simply make the right decision and then that’s it, you move on.

But no, I’m going to sit there complaining all day about the bad decisions I’m making while making them. It’s incomprehensible isn’t it? You surely tell yourself that I am complicating myself, it is very simple. Yes maybe.
But I would just like to ask, am I the only one going through this? Am I the only one living this « opposition »?
Okay, okay. Let me rephrase it in a more contextual way, maybe you will recognize yourself. Am I the only one who does not:
– Attend the lecture and take notes, under the pretext that it is online and that it is boring.
– do your housework on the grounds of laziness.
-eat because you don’t feel like cooking or just reheating
-do physical exercises
-Call or text friends.

The list is long. We all have things we know we have to do but don’t want to do. Don’t worry, I’m not looking for lazy companions; Just want you to picture yourself.
And if you’re like me, we can have a good routine together if you want. I opted for a strategy.

1) Write down all the things you need to do each day on a piece of paper.
2) establish a daily program, then weekly.
3) Post this program in a place where you know you will be bound to be in touch with every day.
4) Then each time you do one of the elements you wrote down, you check it. You can give yourself a reward if you want every time, as an encouragement.

What I recommend is to do it in a group, at least you can call each other every week or day to do a check-up and to boost yourself if you have not been able to complete everything. Together is always better. Or just find someone to take care of your day-to-day tasks.

So I am offering you this one-month challenge as you will see in the picture, just reproduce the graph from the steps listed. I will send you weekly feedback on my progress, until next month; and I hope you will too.

the rows contain the things to do, and the columns the days of the week

Just as it is said in Matthew 11v12: 《From the time of John the Baptist until now, the kingdom of heaven is forced, and it is the violent ones who take it.》
Life also belongs to the violent, we cannot afford to have excuses for everything. And I speak as a leader for excuses🥲. But at some point you have to tell yourself that you have to get up and start doing something. I’m not trying to be a « motivational speaker » and ask you to climb Mount Everest. No, I just want us to be true with the little things, our little daily activities; if you are already not consistent in your studies or in your housework for example, you wouldn’t not be it miraculously in your offices or your marital homes. Let’s be consistent. The little things make the difference.

Consistency is the key, a little bit every day and then it will become a new habit. Some scientists say it takes between 21-30 days to develop a new habit. Let’s be consistent until what was impossible for us to achieve becomes basics.
Consistency.

God loves you.

Hi guys, hope you like the new design of the blog. For this new year I am preparing you so many good things by God’s grace, just stay tuned.🤭
